In accordance with China's official holiday arrangements and our production schedule, our holiday arrangements are as follows:
Holiday Period: September 25–27, 2026 (3 days)
Normal Office & Production Operations Resume: Monday, September 28, 2026
Important Reminders
Office Service: Our office team will be off during the holiday, so responses to emails and online inquiries may be delayed. We recommend submitting urgent inquiries, confirming orders, requesting samples, and arranging shipments before September 24 to help avoid potential delays.
Urgent Technical Support: For urgent matters, including T35B / T50B ambulance air conditioner technical support and critical project follow-up, please contact us via WhatsApp at +86 15093421495. On-call support will remain available for critical cases.
Production & Projects: Our factory will maintain partial production shifts during the holiday. Quotations, ODM projects, and UNOPS project follow-ups will be handled promptly after we return to work.
