The customer is a large cold chain transport company in the local, and have demand in both fresh and frozen. He has refrigerated boxes of all sizes. Before, he mainly used Korean truck freezer unit, but he was not satisfied with the after-sales service and price, so he began to look for new truck refrigeration manufacturers. The customer sent us an inquiry at the beginning of 2019, and our country manager provided cooling solution to the customer after knowing the specific needs of the customer and the local climate conditions.

After detailed communication, the customer purchased several models of products for test. After several months of operation, the customer was very satisfied and purchased a container of truck transport refrigeration. After the product was installed and operated for several months, the customer sent us feedback.
